Yes. We provide a 30-day warranty period where we fix any bugs for free. After that, we offer flexible support retainers for adding new features, updating dependencies, and monitoring performance.
We have a legacy codebase. Can you refactor it or do we need a rewrite?
It depends on the "health" of your code. We start with a Technical Audit. If the architecture is solid, we refactor. If it’s "spaghetti code" that blocks scaling, we will recommend a rewrite to save you budget in the long run.
Who actually writes the code?
We partner with Push, a specialized engineering agency we've worked with for 8 years. Unlike "white-labeling" where agencies hide their vendors, we are transparent. Push engineers join our Slack, attend our sprints, and work directly with our designers. Flatstudio manages the product vision, Push ensures the code quality.
Do I need separate contracts?
For small projects (Webflow, Framer, Wordpress), Flatstudio handles everything. For complex Web Apps (React/SaaS), you sign directly with Push for development to ensure zero markup on developer rates. We manage the process, but you pay the engineers directly. Transparency wins.
Do we need completed designs before starting development?
Not necessarily. Since we are a full-cycle partner, we can start development parallel to the design phase (using wireframes), which speeds up the time-to-market by 20–30%.
How do you estimate costs — Fixed Price or Time & Materials?
For clear, small-scope projects (like Webflow sites or MVPs), we work on a Fixed Price. For complex, evolving products (SaaS, Platforms), we work on Time & Materials (sprints), giving you the flexibility to change priorities without contract renegotiations.
