We designed it as a public-facing digital platform for Lisbon's transport operator, covering a WCAG-compliant design system and information architecture. A broad, non-specialist public audience needed accessible information without complexity – and the scalable system now serves that audience directly. Development by Push.
The Design System for TML pairs the Lexend typography with heading scales, inclusive color schemes, a custom icon set, and 3D illustrations. It also includes an interactive route map

The homepage and news hub let residents browse TML updates by category and manage Navegante passes. Filters span transport, corporate, and press, with article pages answering questions on card data and validity.

This page turns institutional and compliance material into categories: governance model, legislation, financing programs, and seven municipal advisory councils. Content stays organized for visitors without specialist knowledge.

The Navegante landing page guides users through the transport card experience, covering key information, pricing, usage, and network accessibility.

The homepage renders in more than one contrast mode, an inclusive color scheme for visitors with color vision impairments. Background and text colors switch while layout and content stay identical.

Accessibility features carry over to the mobile experience, allowing users to personalize readability and choose inclusive color schemes for different vision needs.
