We designed it as an internal wiki and intranet, covering information architecture, a design system, and accessibility design. Internal teams needed to find operational information quickly, including in time-sensitive situations – and the structure now supports that under real operational pressure. Development by Push.
The wiki's homepage groups Navegante cards, passes, discounts, and forms into one menu for TML's internal teams. Recently-visited shortcuts and an expandable category list keep low-traffic topics reachable without crowding the menu.

Internal staff sign in with a company email and password before reaching the wiki's mobile search. Autocomplete suggests full queries such as buying a pass for kids or for pensioners as the user types.

Each pass entry combines FAQ-style guidance with a downloadable form. Content shows an update date and a Requerimento tag so staff know an application step is required.

If your internal teams lose time hunting for operational answers – especially when it's urgent – an intranet built around how they actually search fixes that. Tell us about your knowledge chaos.
