We redesigned it for retention, covering UX, UI, and a design system validated through usability testing. The heavily regulated Belgian iGaming market limited what could change – and the redesign worked within existing brand and back-end constraints while improving the product experience.
An overview of core interface components for the casino product, bringing together games, live tournaments, icons, notifications, and jackpot drop cards in one view.

Curated rows – group games for players browsing without a fixed goal. A tournaments panel alongside the grid shows live rankings and countdowns.

The lobby page adapts to mobile as one continuous screen, with slots, navigation, the tournament leaderboard, and jackpot cards appearing at different scroll positions. Players can browse jackpot types, each with its own prize.

The three-step flow – account details, personal info, deposit – runs as a desktop modal and a full mobile screen. The deposit step offers four payment methods, preset or custom amounts, a weekly limit with a Cancel limit option, and a Skip button.

A login modal with a password-reset flow for returning players, mirrored across desktop and mobile. A login shortcut sits above the email and password fields, followed by a confirmation modal after the password is reset.

The game screen shows provider, RTP, volatility, and stakes in a fixed info panel. A PepperMill Boost table adds percentage bonuses on top of standard combinations.

On mobile, game info and betting controls collapse into a single draggable quick-access button instead of a fixed side panel. A first-play tooltip explains the gesture, and the menu exposes balance and game history.

One account menu groups transactions, personal details, bank accounts, and responsible-gambling controls for logged-in players. The transaction history table marks each deposit or withdrawal as Completed or Refused.

Messages sit inside account settings, delivering promo content directly to logged-in players rather than only by email. The example shown is a dated, named promo addressed to the player.

Identity checks run through itsme or a manual ID front-and-back upload, alongside a separate proof-of-address and bank account step. The same account area also lists individual bet rounds by ID and amount.

The bonus module tracks each active offer's progress and expiry for players holding more than one promotion at once. The Welcome Pack shows a wagering progress bar and deposit bonus details.

The promotions hub lists five reward types – leaderboard prizes, boosts, jackpots, daily tournaments, and instant cash – in one view. A separate bank list confirms the boost feature works with various banks.

The Jackpots page explains the three drop types with a 3-step entry guide before players opt in. Full terms cover equal-chance odds and no added cost to participate.

The bonus catalogue separates active offers from expired ones, so players see at a glance what is still claimable. Each bonus opens a 3-step detail page – with its own wagering terms.

The tournaments page runs active and upcoming contests side by side, each with its own countdown for competitive players. Every card shows a live top-3 leaderboard, a fixed buy-in, and a full prize breakdown down to the lowest prize tier.

The blog hub organises guide and educational content by category, with keyword search for players researching before they play. Articles cover payment mechanics, statistics round-ups, and regional casino guides.

The article template renders long-form guides, including full payout breakdowns, for players reading on desktop or mobile. Each guide structures bet types, descriptions, and payout odds in a table, with a linked rules article.

The FAQ groups questions by category, from registration to responsible gambling, so players can self-serve before contacting support. Each answer has a copy-link button, and an empty search state offers a "Write to support" link.
