Bettabets is a sports betting platform for African players moving from offline to digital.
We designed it through multiple rounds of wireframe testing, validating non-traditional UX patterns for low-bandwidth conditions. African players were moving from offline betting habits to a digital product on slow connections and lower-end devices — and the result prioritises load efficiency and clarity over decoration.
Lucky Numbers and Sportsbook Overview
Full product scope for a sports betting platform serving African players, delivered as part of an ongoing Post-MVP Evolution engagement. The 500+ wireframe screens span lottery-style number games, soccer markets, game selection, and bet placement.
Homepage and Game Category Navigation
Homepage entry point organising four game categories – Lucky Numbers, Soccer, Jackpots, and Bet Games – plus a trending draws list spanning multiple countries. Mobile navigation mirrors the same structure in a slide-out menu.
Lucky Numbers Bet Slip Flow
Number-picker interface for the Lucky Numbers lottery game, with Main Draw and Bonus Ball grids feeding a running basket total. Confirm modal, success/error states, and a post-entry ticket with per-bet cash-out complete the flow.
Soccer Match List and Odds
Mobile soccer listing for the sports betting platform, requiring at least three picks per betslip to build a combination bet. Matches are searchable by team or league, with odds shown per outcome and a running basket counter.
Soccer Market Type Selector
Dropdown selector lets bettors switch market type on the same soccer match without leaving the list. Options cover Match Result, 1st Half Result, Total Goals Over/Under, and Exact Goals, with a numeric stepper for goal lines.
Soccer Match Detail and Results
Single page consolidating every betting market for one soccer fixture, letting bettors build a multi-market slip without switching screens. Once finished, the same match shows a per-market Win/Lose breakdown with the winning pick labelled.
My Bets Dashboard and Bettabucks
Dashboard listing a bettor's active and settled bets alongside cash balance and Bettabucks bonus balance. A tooltip explains Bettabucks as non-withdrawable in-game currency, and an empty state directs new users back to the games list.
Bank Transfer Deposit and Withdrawal
Manual bank-transfer deposit flow for South African bettors, covering four banks with copyable account and branch codes. Withdrawals collect bank details, the wallet logs transaction history, and phone changes require SMS verification.
Support Hub and Strategy Guides
Self-serve support hub covering onboarding, account help, and compliance for bettors, with a direct contact form. Includes Geolocation Help, a Promotion of Access to Information Act page, and lottery strategy guides.
