We designed it as a social online casino, covering market research and a character-driven design system for play, chat, and promos in one interface. Candyloop needed to stand apart from competitors through its social layer – and the character-driven UX delivered that differentiation.
A first look at Candyloop, a casino product built for iGaming operators. The overview combines game browsing, hourly drop counters, live chat, and player reviews in one interface.

Candyloop's homepage greets iGaming players with a bonus banner, then rotates Hot Games, New games, and Top provider carousels. Promotions and titles are also surfaced by player region.

The browse page adapts to each player's history: recently played titles, a recommended dealer, and review prompts tied to hours spent on specific slots. Poker rooms and slot picks sit in the same feed.

The jackpots page leads with a running total across pooled slots, then sorts games into 'win from' tiers and up. A live roulette banner routes players to dealer tables.

Live Casino brings blackjack, roulette, and poker rooms onto one page, each dealer table showing live status and stake limits. Poker rooms list stakes by variant – Texas Hold'em, Omaha, and 2-7 Lowball – across multiple cities.

Each dealer has a public profile: follower count, languages spoken, years of experience, and leaderboard rank. Upcoming live sessions, best-moment clips, and achievement badges sit alongside similar dealers to follow.

Candyloop groups slots by provider – each with a follower count and game grid. Provider tournaments show live prize pools and standings.

A single provider's page lists slot count, table count, dealers, and followers below the provider directory. A "Best in Portugal" row filters titles by region, above live casino and slot carousels.

The tournaments page shows a live Weekly Tournament with a countdown and leaderboard, a Monthly Race, and a Spring Championship, each tied to its own game set and prize pool. Daily Drops lists payout timers per game below.

The game page pairs RTP and feature tags with a trailer, screenshots, and a live Daily Drop leaderboard. Similar slots and a star-rated review breakdown sit below.

The slot opens in a full-screen window on both mobile and desktop, keeping the jackpot counter, demo toggle, and favorite icon visible during play. The layout stays identical across screen sizes.

The game shows a Daily Drop countdown above the reels and a live tournament leaderboard beside them, ranking players by prize amount in real time. Bet, coin value, and autoplay controls stay fixed below.

The live Blackjack table tracks recent hands in a history slider, next to win, bust, and push percentages for the table. Mobile and desktop share the same dealer feed and betting controls.

A live roulette table runs beside a statistics panel tracking hot and cold numbers on the wheel. The same dealer feed and number tracker carry over to the mobile layout.

A multiplayer poker table shows fold, call, and raise actions alongside a room panel listing prize pool and live leaderboard rank. Quick-reply chat buttons sit next to the betting controls on both desktop and mobile.

Four slot windows run side by side in one browser tab, each keeping its own bet controls and win counter active. Recently played and popular game shortcuts stay pinned along the bottom bar.

Powered by the same Design System as the rest of the casino, the Live Poker Rating table filters by region, division, and season. Columns track fold ratio, win rate, and hands played per player.

Candyloop's social online casino hub centralizes deposit bonuses, live tournaments, and the loyalty program, plus an archive of past promotions. Filters split offers by type.

The deposit bonus page walks players through four steps—register, top up, place bets, and claim the bonus—before the terms and conditions. A referral banner offers more for shared invite links.

A tournament page explains the prize pool in three steps—earn points, appear on the participant list, then split the pool among the top 8 players. A ranked table below tracks live points and payouts.

Candyloop's profile page opens with balances, bonuses, and friend count, plus a Live Poker Rating snapshot. Favorite games, dealers, and providers sit beside recent wins and monthly stats on hours played with friends.

The balance tab splits deposits, bonuses, and pending withdrawals into separate totals, each with its own action button. A transaction history below filters by category – top-ups, slots, casino, or poker – down to the euro amount.

The bonuses page tracks each freebet's progress toward its wagering target, flagging ones that are switched off, already used, or expired. CandyPoker admission tickets sit below, marked as available to participate or already used.

Players set deposit, wagering, net loss, and session limits in two steps – choose an amount, then a date – from preset values or a custom figure. Active limits show a countdown bar; expired ones move to an archive below.

If your casino's differentiation strategy is social rather than bonuses, the interface has to make chat and community feel native, not bolted on. That's a design brief we know. Get in touch.
