We designed it as the explanatory front door to the Azuro protocol, covering information architecture and marketing design for a Web3 audience that needed the protocol explained before using it. Azuro needed credibility and clarity for a decentralised betting protocol – and the site laid the groundwork for the fuller product interface that followed.
Azuro.org's marketing design spans its original protocol pitch and a later ecosystem-focused redesign, for bettors and protocol partners.

The first iteration of azuro.org, introducing Azuro's decentralised betting protocol for visitors. The site walked new users through the ecosystem and its core features before they engaged with the product itself.

The site was adapted for mobile, so bettors could browse the introduction to Azuro in a single-column layout. Screens cover the platform comparison, ecosystem diagram, NFT marketplace, partner logos, and site navigation.

About page for prospective users, partners, and hires researching who is behind the protocol, organized through information architecture into origin story, CEO video, team, advisors, and open roles.

The same About content restructured for single-column mobile reading. Team cards stack individually with role and credentials, and open positions expand into single entries.

An on-chain section lets AZUR holders manage staking and liquidity positions. Screens show staked balance, unclaimed rewards, pool APR, a deposits table with a claim-all rewards action, and an LP position.

The staking action itself lets token holders choose a flexible or time-locked position. A lock-duration slider updates estimated APR and reward in real time, with a risk disclaimer before confirming.

The redesigned site shifts from a consumer explainer to positioning Azuro as licensable betting infrastructure, part of an ongoing Post-MVP Evolution retainer.

Supporting marketing blocks beneath the redesigned homepage target bettors and liquidity providers. A token rewards callout, a network badge row, and a "Still Unsure?" block link to the blog, X, and Azuroscan.

The repositioned homepage condenses into a single-column flow on mobile. Stacked cards cover liquidity pools and live protocol data.

Further mobile sections continue the token and multi-chain story from the desktop site. Single-focus cards cover instant staking rewards, a brand tagline block, and the network-coverage badge row, each with a "Go to token page" action.

Closing section pairs a blog and social discovery block with a footer split into developer resources, trust/compliance links, and partner logos – built for developers, auditors, and partners rather than end bettors.

If your protocol's website has to educate before it can convert, the information architecture is the product. We structure that explanation – bring us your whitepaper.
