We redesigned it across browsing, categorisation, search, and purchase flows for a catalogue of millions of tracks. The audience valued speed and predictability over novelty — and the redesign kept usage patterns familiar while modernising the experience.
Homepage for Mp3million, a digital music store rebuilt under a Product Rebuild & Redesign engagement. New releases and bestseller grids sit above a welcome-bonus banner, working the same way on desktop and mobile.

A persistent player bar keeps playback visible while browsing. The album page lists FLAC and MP3 pricing per track, plus year, bitrate, and file size.

An artist profile page, tagged across subgenres, with Follow and Play actions above the fold. A Top Tracks table lists format and price per song, alongside an album grid and a Coming Soon teaser.

The Albums tab of the catalogue sorts by popularity across album cards showing price, rating, and New Album badges. A -75% badge on one cover marks an active discount within the same grid.

The Artists tab lists musicians as a browsable grid, each card showing an avatar, name, and album count. A Birthday badge on one artist card marks a timed promotional highlight.

Mp3million's Tracks tab shows title, artist, album, rating, format, price, and duration in one row. On mobile, a genre filter panel lets listeners narrow results with chips like blues or this week.

A Charts index lists 16 rankings, from country charts like the USA Top 100 and German Top 100 to genre lists like Hip-Hop Top 50. Each entry shows flag or theme art plus featured artist thumbnails.

A chart detail view for Summer Top 12 shows rank-change arrows per track alongside followers. Below the tracklist, a reviews module shows the overall rating with a per-star breakdown.

The digital music store's cart page, refined through the product redesign, organizes items into expandable album rows with checkboxes. A summary panel separates subtotal, discount code, cashback, and total before the Purchase All action.

A Genres page organises the catalogue into tiles from Avant-Garde to New Age, each paired with a custom icon. A hover state on Gospel shows the interaction feedback used across the grid.

Mp3million's My Library view splits Downloads, Uploaded, and My Playlists into separate tabs, each with a Purchased filter. Auto playlists such as Favorite Songs sit alongside a Next Up queue that carries into the mobile Now Playing screen.

A playlist page adds Buy Playlist and Add to Cart alongside standard queue and playback controls. An options menu also covers renaming, deleting, and uploading tracks to the list.

A balance page tracks a wallet alongside Bronze, Silver, and Gold cashback tiers. A referral program pays a percentage of a friend's deposits for life, tracked next to a payment history log.

A purchase history page lists every album and artist bought in a date range, such as August 8 to September 5, 2017. On mobile, a calendar view replaces the desktop date fields for picking that range.

Mp3million's Add Money flow offers six payment methods, including cards, Bitcoin, PayPal, and OneCard. Preset top-up amounts pair with bonus percentages, such as extra funds added on top of a deposit.

A Bitcoin deposit screen converts USD into BTC and shows a scannable QR code with a wallet address. A 20-minute countdown tracks the payment, with links out to Coinbase and Cryptonator for buying BTC.

A OneCard flow adds credit through three steps: select a card value up to $100 with bonus credit, pay externally, then enter the resulting code and phone number to redeem it.

A gift card page pairs four value tiers, from $15 to $100, with five color styles to choose from. Senders add a personal message and choose email delivery to themselves or a recipient.

A Mailbox page lists support threads like "Download Problem" and "Invitation," with unread and date indicators on mobile. Each thread opens as a two-way conversation with the Mp3million Team, complete with a reply field.

A Contacts page offers email, live chat, and 24-hour support, then routes questions to affiliate, billing, admin, and copyright addresses. A Legal Info block separates the product entity from a payment entity based in Cyprus.

A Help Center opens with a single search bar, then splits into nine topics from Account and Payments to Refund Policy and Gift Cards. Each card previews three sample questions before a Show All link.

The Account topic page lists login and registration questions in an accordion, with one entry expanded to show the full password-reset steps. A Technical Support card below offers Chat or Email if the FAQ doesn't resolve it.

A live search for "beatle" returns 97 artists, 126 albums, and a tag list of 91, grouped into separate columns. Results include loose matches like a Kanye West mashup track and a tribute act, not just exact hits.
