Summary

Nedvex is a real estate web app that helps buyers evaluate apartments before they exist. We designed the information architecture, UX, and UI for an apartment discovery and comparison experience spanning listings from multiple developers, standardising how pre-construction properties get presented across the platform. Every developer showcases projects differently, leaving buyers with no consistent way to judge scale, layout, or finish quality sight-unseen – Nedvex replaces that guesswork with one comparison logic that works across any project on the platform.

Homepage Search Across Property Types

The homepage search spans four property types – apartments, houses, land, commercial – with per-type result counts. Filters narrow by district, price, area, layout, finish, view, floor, balcony, furnishing, mortgage, and luxury status.

Map Search With District Price Data

A map search combines address autocomplete, price/area filters, and a synced listing panel of new-build units. Pins reveal walking distances to schools and shops, plus a district price-per-m² comparison across primary and secondary markets.

Property Detail Pages by Type

An interactive floor plan lets buyers pick a corpus and floor, filtering units by price, area, layout, and view. A phased handover tracker and a compliance panel show construction status and buyer protections before purchase.

Photo Viewer with Contextual Thumbnails

The photo modal splits images into three thumbnail rails – apartment, residential complex, district – so buyers jump straight to the context they need. A position indicator tracks progress within each set, not just the whole gallery.

Sign-In and Direct Agent Contact

Buyers sign in by email or social account, reset a password, or link an existing account when the email is already registered. A separate contact card connects them to a project contact by phone or request form.
